What has happened?

We have been alerted to an unplanned outage affecting National Grid's Balancing Mechanism (BM) systems which started at approximately 23:00 (GMT) on 08/02/2019. As a consequence the BMRS is currently not receiving or publishing the BM related data. During this unplanned outage, the current BM Data will not updated on the BMRS website, API, Data Push Service and TIBCO.

The BMRS Settlement Calculations have been suspended and will remain suspended until the flow of BM data from National Grid resumes and the backlog fully processed.
